I wasn't sure how using this device would turn out, but boy I was surprised how easy it was to hook up and use. Using this product brand new is like using a new Android device from signing in to device settings and if you've used Firestick or any Amazon device than you'll love the fact that you can use this one with all the freedom you don't get from them. You can also cast from other Android devices right out of the box!! If I had to voice one negative thing about it would be the remote that comes with it doesn't have a pause button and you can't program the TV to the remote for ease of use. However, the keyboard remote does cover the pause and other functions but its a little confusing and not all functions work with the device not that this should influence you not to purchase this by no means. I will always buy Android tv box from now on especially ones made by this manufacturer. I absolutely would recommend this to everyone looking for a streaming device!! Added I've seen some reviews that spoke on apps not working unfortunately if app makers like Disney+ doesn't want to there's very few options if you search you'll find them but only work til app needs update but for apps like Max just grab a wireless mouse & upon hookup you'll see it's very accommodating but just with remote not so much and unfortunately the keyboard that comes with it doesn't sync for some reason but since it's free who really cares? Now if someone could point me in the right direction for power cord cause I can't read what's on it I would be grateful infact the only negative comment would be the cord is way too short to be connected to entertainment equipment of any kind in my opinion it makes it hard to setup like with my network and proximity to the TV it would make more sense to have a 3ft or heck just 1\2 a foot longer so not to compete with routers or network switches or tvs. But again that's the only negative I have to say it's still a great buy!!!!!
