I've ordered a few cell phone holders, and each had a design flaw that compelled me to remove it after a trip or two. Not this holder though. Took a trip out of San Diego, up the West Coast to WA, and back down through the Sierras and it worked perfectly! Its sturdy, the holder accomodated large phones or small holding them securely. The phone didn't move as it was pushed by the wind, and it was easy to install/remove my phone all day as we left the bikes to take in the sights by foot.Three things make this holder stand out above all the others I have seen or tried (I looked around a lot and tried 2 others before finding this gem):1 - it uses a quick-release wraparound connector which is very easy to install and adjust. This conserves valuable space on your handlebar. This wraparound incorporates a ball connector with a metal core and shaft (won’t break) to allow angular adjustment, and this ball then connects as efficiently as possible to the phone platform - again conserving space on your handlebar and above it, whereas other designs somehow tend to squander it in one way or another.2 - It takes exactly ONE SECOND TO FIRMLY ATTACH YOUR PHONE with ONE HAND - and with practically NO EFFORT at all on your part. This is HUGE … as others require you to awkwardly pull or stretch some mechanism in order to attach your phone. This simple and effortless attachment process works whether or not your phone has a cover on it and does not require you to alter your phone in any way. And yes - your phone is securely attached until you release it.3 - It takes exactly ONE SECOND TO REMOVE YOUR PHONE - again WITH ONE HAND and with no fuss at all.
